Ordered this lyric sheet for my wife in a panic (less than a week before my anniversary) and unintentionally ordered the wrong item at first causing confusion as to what I was actually wanting. Jess and Mike took care of me right away and got the confusion sorted out. They got a proof out to me, I approved it, they produced the sheet and shipped to me with plenty of time to spare. Ordered an engraved leather photo for our anniversary, and was having a hard time choosing between two photos. The team at JW were quick to respond and showed an edit of one of the photos where they were able to photoshop some things out of the background, cleaning up the picture nicely 👍👍. JW Design Studio is #1 at capturing your idea from a photo or discription! I highly recommend them for all the special gifts you need! Their designs and materials are very high quality. I had a photo of a friend's beloved dog that passed. Jessica & Mike captured the dog's face perfectly on leather and framed it in a dark walnut frame. It is beautiful! Wow...you guys rock!! My gift arrived well in advance of our wedding anniversary!! My husband and I were out shopping when it arrived but I was able to talk with the mail carrier on my RING DEVICE. Jessica and Mike were excellent to deal with! There was a very quick initial response from them when I emailed first to see if they were able to even do my pieces before I ordered. Every correspondence after that was super quick and friendly. I had somewhat of a unique piece as where I live in Canada my province consists of a large island and a part of the mainland too (Newfoundland and Labrador). Jessica was more than obliging to show me different scenarios as to how to design the pieces that worked best. Because I needed three pieces I was charged a little extra for the additional piece which is understandable but it was a very reasonable amount. It was refreshing as I know vendors tend to gouge on wedding pricing but I feel JW Design did not.From first contact to receiving my wedding cake topper pieces was within a month which I thought was great considering the mail is slower during the pandemic and it had to cross the US/Canada border AND make it to the island in which there are always delays. Shipping time was only 7 days for my pieces.I am overjoyed with my wedding cake toppers! It far exceeded my expectations and I am so happy to have such a unique and handcrafted topper at my wedding. It will sure to be a conversation piece among the guests as well. I am keeping it as a surprise for my fiancé to show him on the wedding day. The items I ordered were for my 3rd wedding anniversary and I am so glad I went with Jessica Wilkeson Design Studio. I wanted to memorialize a handwritten letter to my wife on leather which was 2 pages long so I ordered 2 of the recipe letter items and Jessica took it a step further and offered to present it in a hinged, 2 piece picture frame, which was a great idea. The communications was great throughout the process and the quality of the product is superb. My wife was really surprised and blown away by the gift. I will definitely use Jessica Wilkeson Design Studio again in the future!

I never even knew this technology existed! I was searching for a 3rd anniversary gift (leather for you guys who aren't in the know), and happened upon Jessica's site. She had great reviews, and the cost was reasonable. So...I ordered. I actually ordered two 11x14 designs. I had her do a picture of us in our wedding attire, and I did the "First Dance Lyrics" option, with a twist. I had Jessica put our vows on the leather. Not what we said, but what the preacher said prior to the actual vows. Pretty cool. Communication with her was spot on, and she beat expectations on the design, manufacture and shipping times. (For you procrastinators) And as far as the quality and wow factor, well, let's just say I got HUGE brownie points from my wife. We took the leather from the frame, just to see it, and it's thick. Pleasantly surprised there, as well. Quality. : )Thanks Jessica!I saw she does recipes as well. What a great gift idea to capture Granny's passed down recipe.

I'm very happy with the work and communications with Jessica Wilkeson Design Studio. The first cutout arrived damaged, but the frame was in good shape. I was pleased with Jessica's quick response in getting a new wood cutout sent to me ASAP. It fit right in the frame and looks absolutely perfect! I bought this map as an anniversary gift. When it arrived it wasn’t rolled but had an oval shape. I emailed the company and they immediately sent a replacement. These maps are beautiful. The paper is thick with a matte finish. It looks perfect framed and ready to track our adventures

Worked with Jessica Wilkeson Design Studio to create a treasured 5 year anniversary gift for the wife. It was a beautifully finished wood frame of our wedding invitation. I created problems by sending a bad image copy of the invitation and Jessica was very patient and worked with me to create the wood frame. I ordered five maps for our mayor and outgoing Council. Jessica and Mike both were very responsive to the many questions I had and throughout the process. They are very efficient and timely. From the time I ordered my product to the time it shipped and arrived was within a week. The shipping was delayed by one day and they informed me of the status and why and that it would shipped first thing the next day....and it was! I'm overwhelmed by the customer service....you just don't see it like that much anymore. Great product for a great service...and for a great price!

These guys are fast with communication and very thorough with making sure your purchase comes out exactly how you might want it to turn out when it gets delivered at your doorstep. I had a very old hand written recipe for a leather keepsake that you could barely make out but within a matter of hours, they helped salvage it and added an extra customized font in order to keep both sentimental value of the hand writing and adding text to deliver the full recipe for eligibility. These guys are the real deal! They know what they make are supposed to touch their customers hearts and at the same time they touched mine with how perfect the end result was and their communication shows they care about their work and art. Great for any kind of gift you can think of. These guys make it work!!!!!!

I was looking for a 3rd Anniversary gift for my wife which traditionally is leather. I started to look for leather anniversary gifts and found meaningless non-romantic or sentimental gifts. I came across Jessica Wilkeson Design Studio where I found beautiful laser engraved leather decor where I was able to get my wedding vows engraved directly onto leather. Jessica was very professional in sending me a sample to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it before she did the work. She even offered to fix a technical requirement for something I wanted added. I "approved" the design and within just a few days it was delivered. I opened the box to find a well wrapped and beautifully framed piece that my wife truly loved. I would recommend Jessicia Wilkenson Designs, especially if your looking for unique gifts for just about anyone. She has many other gift options to choose from.

I was looking online for a unique 3 year anniversary gift and I came across the leather engraved music sheet. As soon as I saw the examples online I knew that my wife and I would forever cherish this personalized gift. However, like some men do, I waited until the last minute to start my search. I decided to email the company to see if they could expedite my purchase so that I would receive it on the day of our anniversary. I believe that I sent my inquiry the day before Christmas. That afternoon, Mike (CFO/Business Manager) responded to my email and said that they could meet the anniversary date that I requested.
