Ordered a beautiful state print from Jessica Wilkeson Design and I am very please with the quality of the print as well... as the customer service and responsiveness of Jessica herself. Jessica and Mike were extremely professional. I have ordered multiple items and each one is just beautiful and arrives... quickly and beautifully packaged. From leather prints to the beautiful woven blanket from my most recent order. I recommend their business to all of my family and friends. They are not your usual shop where you can find that item elsewhere at a cheaper price and lesser quality. Their work is unique and the best quality around. This business has a lot to learn about how they treat their customers. It was my hope that I wouldn't have to write... this...but simply put...they are rude and unprofessional. I had placed an order for an anniversary project and had several revisions done over 1.5 week period... all emails were fine and polite....then out of the blue...Jessica Wilkeson decides to cancel my order 4 days before a wedding anniversary...leaving me without a gift. I entrusted this custom gift to be completed by them and thought they could do the job. They state that revisions cost $10 per round....but when I offer to pay this, they don't seem to want the money or the business. Soo...I guess I'm barred for life from this unprofessional and rude company. This is sad and unfortunate, as this was my first experience with them. They wasted my time. Below is their response when I asked for the last revision...
"Right. I have decided that I don't want my name on this artwork. I am cancelling and refunding your order in full. When you order from a creative designer, you are buying their designs and their style. This is not how I design and this is not something I want my name or brand representing. I cannot and will not accept further work from you. This is not a good fit and you can certainly find someone else to engrave your artwork on leather. " - Jessica Wilkeson
I did attempt 2 civil and kind replies to both Jessica and Mike...but silence is their answer. If they think they are so creative, then maybe they shouldn't offer personalization of anything. Their website states..."We want you to be happy"....it's clear they don't care about that. Potential customers...beware.
Addendum after business reply. It's not your call to criticize what I'm trying to personalize for my own family. I'm personalizing something to hang in my home, not yours. It was a simple request and I did not criticize your degree or any of that. None of that has any bearing on this. I asked you to move something as a LAST REVISION. And I liked what you had done. But your rude reply is uncalled for and not professional. You left a customer without a gift on their wedding anniversary. You truly underestimate the work that you are handling for your customers. Your actions are not a sign of someone who cares about their customers. Especially a 1st time customer. And it was not cancelled promptly, she cancelled it after working on this for 1 week and 3 days. That is a waste of my time and trust to have you create something meaningful.read more

The items I ordered were for my 3rd wedding anniversary and I am so glad I went with Jessica Wilkeson Design Studio. I... wanted to memorialize a handwritten letter to my wife on leather which was 2 pages long so I ordered 2 of the recipe letter items and Jessica took it a step further and offered to present it in a hinged, 2 piece picture frame, which was a great idea. The communications was great throughout the process and the quality of the product is superb. My wife was really surprised and blown away by the gift. I will definitely use Jessica Wilkeson Design Studio again in the future!read more

I bought my wife a personalised travel map with pins from Jessica Wilkeson for our anniversary (cotton map!). It was... beautifully printed and suitable for framing. We now plot all our travels on it, and it's part of a gallery wall with photos from our favourite destinations. Brilliant gift. Can't recommend highly enough!read more

I’ve ordered two things from them: the cotton map and the leather key ring. Both times I’ve ordered from them, Jess... has been amazing and quick about responding. The material is great quality and the craftsmanship is awesome. I’m looking forward to ordering again in April (before our May anniversary).
Our map is SUCH a conversation starter. Everyone loves it. Our pin colors mean different things and people love to ask about them.read more
